The American Rescue Plan Act, which was signed into law last month, will have a significant impact on Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) subsidies. In response, we have set up a secure site to help clients navigate the changes and administer COBRA subsidies for eligible individuals.

COBRA clients are provided an email with instructions on how to access the site. Once in, clients will be able to complete key tasks:

• Review their COBRA-eligible individuals. These individuals could have COBRA or were eligible but never elected for the coverage.

• Verify who is eligible for the COBRA subsidy.

• Opt-in for us to send and administer the required subsidy and associated notices on their behalf.
