We have launched a Member Help Center to a select population of site visitors. The online site provides tools to support members effectively and efficiently.
Key features of the Member Help Center include:
• Proactive support with chat bots: Chat bots anticipate the needs of members in a specific context, and proactively provide the information they need.
• Self-serve support with external-facing articles: Help Center articles allow members to search and find relevant information about their accounts and can be integrated within the bot and chat experiences.
• Live one-on-one support through chat: By communicating real-time with members, our Member Services team can provide answers to unique situations that require more in-depth research and support.
Looking ahead, we will continue to expand the pilot to more members as we look to help more individuals at the moment of need.
